Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire facility operations of a boutique hospital in Ranchi.
• Manage key support services including Housekeeping, Security, Laundry, Drivers, F&B, Pest Control, and other facility-related functions.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across all facility operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to maintain operational standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline with an MBA/MHA in Hospital Management or MBA in Hotel Management.
• 510 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, or hospital operations.
• Strong team management, coordination, and vendor management skills.
