Facility Intern

POSITION : Intern for Facility Technician cum Admin.

JOB GRADE :

REPORT TO : Senior Facility

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist in all facility administrative work ( filing, raise PR etc)

To coordinate, plan schedule with vendor for preventive maintenance work.

To check on cleaner activity

To assist on build inspection.

To track and follow up repair done, closure of audit finding.

Updating records on maintenance of equipment.

Attend & follow up to feedback and complaints from operation for all facility matter.

Monitor vendors for any job assign by facility department.

Ensure all workorder request ( JRF) is closed timely manner as per KPI (7 working days).

To attend all related internal and external training or as requested by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma level. With background of basis electrical is a plus.

· Computer literate (Microsoft excel, PPT etc).

· Must be able to read, write in English.

· Team player and high initiative person is recommended.

· Good personality, able to communicate well, good working attitude.

· Willingness to learn
