What they need
Requirements:
- Pendidikan min. D3 atau S1 dari jurusan Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro atau Teknik Mesin (bidang MEP/mekanikal, elektrikal, plumbing)
- Pengalaman kerja min. 2 tahun sebagai Facility Coordinator/ Building Manager
- Menguasai operasional dan sistem Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), termasuk jaringan listrik tegangan tinggi, sistem generator (genset), HVAC, dan sistem kompresor udara.
- Memahami standar audit manufaktur (seperti ISO 9001, ISO 14001, dan ISO 45001)
- Memahami standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3/K3) serta regulasi lingkungan bangunan
- Terbiasa dengan pembuatan laporan & presentasi berbasis Ms. Office.
- Lebih disukai Memiliki Sertifikat K3 Umum, K3 Listrik.
- Mampu menyusun SLA (Service Level Agreement) serta mampu mengawasi kinerja team Cleaning, Gardening, dan Teknisi.
- Diutamakan memiliki rekam jejak bekerja langsung di lingkungan pabrik/ Manufactur.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik untuk berkoordinasi bersama klien untuk menyelesaikan target pekerjaan.
