We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. City Sports

Job description:

Will oversee 4-5 locations and execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in drywall patch, level 1 or 2 electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and other construction skills.

Start at level 1 with the opportunity to earn $34.00 at level 4 (Pay increase each level).

Key Responsibilities: (Perform repairs including)

• Drywall patching, and finishing
• Level 1 electrical work (e.g., lighting, outlets, switches)
• Level 1 and 2 basic plumbing
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patch, and painting. (Facility maintenance or general contracting)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
