Blow Molded Specialties, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Facility Maintenance Associate to help keep our manufacturing facility clean, safe, organized, and running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance, building repair, or janitorial experience who enjoys variety in their work and wants to be part of a growing manufacturing team.

What You'll Do

• Perform general building maintenance, minor repairs, and facility improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other facility repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and facility inspections.
• Maintain building grounds and exterior areas.
• Safely operate basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Assist with moving, setting up, and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and needed repairs.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and additional tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, building repairs, janitorial services, or a similar position preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
