What they need
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building and equipment maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repairs (electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, basic carpentry)
- Record keeping
- Ensure facility safety and compliance
- Vendor and contractor coordination
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years and up of proven experience in Facilities Maintenance or similar role
- College or vocational graduate
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, basic carpentry
- Knowledge in report making using PowerPoint
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
