FACILITY MAINTENANCE STAFF

Job Description

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of company facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Handle general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor construction repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and facility damage.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical fixtures, lighting, and other facility systems.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of company premises.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical Course Graduate.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in general facility maintenance, construction, or related work.
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance tasks independently.
• Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and willing to perform hands-on maintenance work.
• Willing to work overtime or respond to urgent maintenance concerns when necessary.

Additional Skills (An Advantage)

Applicants with knowledge or experience in any of the following are highly preferred:

• Internet and Network Connectivity – Basic troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of internet connections, routers, and network cables.
• CCTV Installation and Maintenance – Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV systems.
• Electrical Wiring – Basic electrical wiring installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair – Basic knowledge of air conditioning installation, cleaning, troubleshooting, servicing, and minor repairs.

Note: Knowledge or experience in internet connectivity, CCTV installation, electrical wiring, and air conditioning repair is an advantage but not mandatory. Applicants with strong general maintenance skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
