Facility Maintenance Engineer

Review MEP drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Perform regular site inspections to monitor maintenance activities and ensure quality standards are maintained. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including Chiller and DX units . Coordinate and follow up with AMC contractors to ensure Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules are executed on time. Monitor facility maintenance works and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Prepare and update basic technical drawings using AutoCAD. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance-related activities. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and health & safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering .
• 2u20134 years of experience in Retail Facility Management within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly Chiller and DX units .
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing basic drawings.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE facility management standards and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
