Facility Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

Oversee facility and building infrastructure renovations and improvements, office space planning, vendor management, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards including permits applications from concern government agencies. Will play a critical role in creating a productive and secure work environment for employees assigned at the plant and at our offsite’s facilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferably a licensed Civil Engineer and/or Architect
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing facility environment
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications (Preferred): OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certifications
• With fundamental knowledge in AutoCAD, Building Automation System (BAS), SketchUp, SolidWorks, BricsCAD, other similar and/or related software
