Facility Maintenance

RAVA Group Container Services, Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Facility Maintenance Employee to help keep our facility clean, safe, organized, and in good working condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
• Complete minor painting, plumbing, and general handyman tasks.
• Replace light bulbs and make simple fixture repairs.
• Assist with assembling or moving furniture, equipment, and materials.
• Keep work areas, storage areas, and common areas clean and organized.
• Perform basic outdoor maintenance and cleanup as needed.
• Check the facility for items that need repair or attention.
• Report larger maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain and properly store tools and supplies.
• Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Assist with other general facility tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or similar experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of common tools and simple repairs.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willing to help wherever needed.
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working indoors or outdoors.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
