- Assist with daily facility operations and general building maintenance.
- Complete work orders, routine maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Help with furniture and equipment moves and conference room setup.
- Handle shipping, receiving, mail distribution, and inventory management.
- Support building security, access systems, and facility-related emergencies.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed.
- Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
