Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in fixing problems, improving facilities, and keeping buildings operating at their best? Daigle Cleaning Systems is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support commercial properties through preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Pay Range $20 - $30 per hour

What You'll Do

• Perform routine facility inspections
• Complete preventative maintenance on building systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls
• Perform general repairs, painting, carpentry, and facility upkeep
• Maintain maintenance logs and inspection records
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed
• Ensure facilities meet safety and compliance requirements
• Assist with landscaping and snow removal activities
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Customer-service mindset
• OSHA, EPA, HVAC, NATE, CPR, or related certifications are a plus
• Reliable transportation
