Infra and Facility Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Infra Manager to manage infrastructure readiness and maintenance across the network. The role will focus on ensuring that facilities are operationally ready, new distribution centres are commissioned within timelines, and infrastructure-related requirements for the E2E asset network are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own maintenance of facilities across the network.
• Manage infrastructure readiness and upkeep of existing facilities.
• Drive commissioning of new DCs within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for new facility setup.
• Manage infrastructure requirements for the E2E asset network .
• Track new DC setup timelines and ensure timely commissioning.
• Identify and resolve facility / infrastructure-related issues.
• Manage external vendors involved in infrastructure and facility operations.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Maintain documentation and tracking of infrastructure-related activities.
• Work closely with operations and other stakeholders to ensure facilities are operationally ready.
• Identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency and infrastructure processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in facilities / infrastructure management , preferably in e-commerce, retail, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience in setting up or commissioning new facilities.
• Strong vendor management experience.
• Good understanding of facility maintenance and infrastructure operations.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment preferred.
