Facility Management Manager

Responsibilities:

-  Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice facilities management strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid
and improve operational performance.

• Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality. Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures. Preparing risk analyses and financial, investment, and asset management reports.

• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on facilities management activities

• Ensure regulations relating to health, safety and the environment are strictly followed, and that effective risk analysis is conducted.

• Perform other related work as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• Knowledge on oil & gas and petrochemical businesses / operation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent project management

• Minimum 5 years in field operations, asset management, facility management

• Preferred experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industry

• Able to communicate in English (TOEIC Score 550)
