Facility Management Supervisor

The Supervisor acts as the key operational link between K4 management, site staff, contractors and the client.

• Supervise daily facility management activities.
• Ensure all services are delivered according to agreed schedules and standards.
• Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Ensure all site areas remain clean, safe, functional and presentable.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and K4 management.
• Escalate major operational issues promptly.
• Allocate daily duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare and monitor staff rosters.
• Check staff attendance, punctuality, uniform and grooming
• Ensure cleaning schedules are completed as planned.
• Maintain professional communication with the client/site representative.
• Respond promptly to client requests and complaints.
• Record complaints and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Provide regular operational updates.
• Participate in client meetings when required.
• Maintain a professional customer-service approach at all times
• Coordinate contractors attending the site.
• Verify contractor attendance and work requirements.
• Ensure contractors follow site rules and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor the quality of contractor work.
• Report poor performance or incomplete work.
• Confirm completion of contracted works where authorised.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
