Facility Management Supervisor

· Monitor and track performance against SLAs, ensuring that service providers are meeting agreed-upon targets. · Coordinate with service providers to resolve any performance issues or breaches of SLAs, taking appropriate actions. · Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility maintenance and operations, and generate reports as needed. · Maintain comprehensive data and record of facility-related information, including maintenance records, equipment inventory, and service contracts. · Develop and implement standardized procedures for data entry, record keeping, and document management to ensure consistency and accuracy · Develop and implement sustainability practices (recycling, waste reduction) and strategies for the facility, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives. · Conduct property inspection audits, track the progress and record. · Conduct and attend weekly and monthly meetings with DHRE Administration team and service provider. · Keep records or meeting minutes and follow through.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, skills, abilities

·        Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical background of Facility Management/ Electrical/HVAC/etc.

• Experience working in facility management department or role
• Familiarity with sustainability, green initiatives and/or LEED programs
• ·        Knowledge of AutoCAD basics

·        Good communication skills in written and verbal (handling meetings and reports)
