What they need
- ควบคุมการดำเนินงาน DCC และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องแบบ 24/7 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่อง
- รับผิดชอบการจัดการเหตุการณ์ทุกระดับ รวมถึงการตัดสินใจ Escalation ในภาวะวิกฤต
- เป็นศูนย์กลางการประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานภายใน ภายนอก และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- รับผิดชอบความถูกต้อง ความครบถ้วน และความทันเวลาของข้อมูล รายงาน และ KPI
- ควบคุมและพัฒนามาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน (SOP / ERP) ให้สอดคล้องกับองค์กร
- ติดตามและขับเคลื่อน Action Plan จาก Audit, Incident และการปรับปรุงงาน
- กำกับดูแลให้ทุกทีมปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานและขั้นตอนที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
คุณสมบัติ
1. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
2. สามารถทำงานกะดึกได้ (Night Shift) อยู่กะดึก 85%
3. ผ่านงานด้าน property management / FM
4. คอมพิวเตอร์คล่องแคล่ว ชอบเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยี
5. สามารถวิเคราะห์งานที่ทำได้ สื่อสารประสานงานดี
