Job Summary

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of buildings and infrastructure. This role ensures that facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, cost-efficient, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.

**Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance**

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance work.

2. Vendor & Contract Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Control costs while maintaining service quality.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Implement emergency response plans and procedures.

4. Space Management

• Optimize space utilization and workplace layout.
• Support office moves, renovations, and expansions.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage facility budgets.
• Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

6. Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain records of facility assets and equipment.
• Ensure proper lifecycle management and replacements.

7. Team Management

• Supervise facility staff, technicians, and housekeeping teams.
• Provide training and performance feedback.
