We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager to manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of office/project premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and safety.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, fire safety, and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Manage vendors, contractors, AMCs, quotations, and service contracts.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain facility asset, maintenance, and vendor records.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

• Knowledge of maintenance and facility operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
