Job Title: Facility Manager - Soft Services
Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
Budget: 7.5 8.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day soft service operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, and waste management.
- Supervise manpower, attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle client coordination, complaints, and operational escalations.
- Prepare MIS reports and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, consumables, and resources.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 5+ years of facility management experience.
- Strong experience in soft services and team management.
- Good communication, client-handling, and vendor-management skills.
