Job Description

The Facility Manager will be the single point of contact for all facility services at a key client account. You will manage integrated soft and hard FM services, ensuring SLA adherence, cost efficiency, and excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facility services including housekeeping, maintenance, security interface, and vendor coordination
• Prepare and monitor annual FM budgets and operational costs
• Conduct regular safety audits, compliance checks, and energy reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Manage a team of supervisors and contract staff
• Handle statutory compliance including fire safety, lift inspection, and health regulations
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for clients and internal management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce; CFM or FM certification preferred
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in integrated facility management
• Strong knowledge of soft and hard services, technical maintenance, and safety
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is an advantage
