FACILITY MANAGER

JOB TITLE: FACILITY MANAGER

*JOB SUMMARY:*

The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. He/She will ensure all facilities are in excellent condition and support smooth business operations.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*1. Maintenance & Operations:*

• Oversee daily operations of all facilities [HVAC]

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules

• Supervise repairs and renovations[electrical][plumbing][generators]

*2. Health, Safety & Environment [HSE]:*

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments

• Manage fire safety equipment and emergency procedures

*3. Vendor & Contractor Management:*

• Source, negotiate and manage external contractors and service providers

• Supervise cleaning, security, and gardening teams

*4. Budget & Cost Control:*

• Prepare and manage facility management budget

• Control maintenance costs and optimize resource usage

*5. Inventory & Asset Management:*

• Maintain records of all company assets and equipment

• Manage inventory of maintenance tools and consumables

*6. Reporting:*

• Keep accurate maintenance logs and incident reports

• Provide weekly/monthly facility status reports to management

*REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:*

• BSc/HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Facility Manager [Hospitality experience is an added advantage]

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Good leadership and supervisory skills

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
