What they need
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of semi-skilled manpower across construction, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, logistics, warehousing, and industrial projects. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely deployment of quality manpower.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manpower Planning
- Understand manpower requirements from project teams.
- Prepare recruitment plans based on urgency and project timelines.
- Coordinate with HR Managers and Site Administrators.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
