Facility Manager

We're looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and security of our premises. You'll keep the facility running smoothly, manage vendors and staff, and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, power systems (generators, inverters, solar), HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Plan and run preventive maintenance schedules and respond quickly to repairs
• Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff
• Manage vendors and contractors: sourcing, negotiating, and monitoring service quality
• Control the facility budget, track expenses, and manage inventory and supplies
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, and conduct regular inspections
• Maintain asset registers, service records, and compliance documents
• Coordinate space planning, office moves, and event setups
• Prepare regular reports for Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of facility management experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Good budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with facility management software is a plus
• Ability to handle emergencies and be on call when needed
• Professional certification (e.g., IFMA, NEBOSH, or similar) is an added advantage
• Experience managing multi-site or commercial properties

Pay: From ₦400,000.00 per month
