Facility Manager

I know what you are thinking. Storage? I thought the same thing before I got into the industry. The self-storage industry is fast growing, and we are building a brand that provides a storage experience like no other. Our offices are bright, managers are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, facilities are clean and climate controlled, and we operate 100% on tablets and online.

A typical day at work will include: opening the office, running daily reports, leasing units, scheduling auctions, cleaning, and collaborating with marketing, other managers, assistant managers, and human resources to run a great team. This role may also include light travel between nearby facilities as needed.

We are looking for a self-starter, with an outgoing personality and strong communication skills. The candidate must possess strong abilities for being a “people person,” and the right candidate will be trained on everything to do with the storage world and business. I am really looking for someone with a great attitude that is great to work with. I can teach the right person everything about the storage industry.
