Facility Manager

Job Description: Single Point of Accountability

• Serve as the overall accountable lead for Hard FM operations across KUL70, KUL71 and KUL72, ensuring service consistency, compliance, and client expectations are met.
• Manage and align the Facility Coordinator, MEP Site Leaders, maintenance teams, shift teams, HSE, Energy Manager, vendors, and support functions to deliver seamless site operations.
• Oversee planned maintenance, reactive works, critical MEP systems, energy performance, HSE requirements, statutory compliance, incident support, and operational coordination.
• Track service delivery through KPI/SLA performance, site reviews, maintenance records, manpower coverage, compliance reporting, and prompt resolution of gaps or risks.

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, or Critical Facilities Management.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing large-scale facilities or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing Data Center operations, including MEP systems, preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, and service delivery.
• Experience managing multiple sites, technical teams, contractors, vendors, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of KPI/SLA management, budgeting, risk management, and operational performance.
• Prior experience in Tier III or Tier IV Data Center environments is highly preferred.

Travel & Mobility Requirements

• Required to travel regularly between Bukit Jalil, Cyberjaya, and Nilai.
• Oversee and coordinate facility operations, site performance, and service delivery across all three locations.
• Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews, client meetings, and management inspections.
• Must be flexible to travel between sites based on operational requirements, including emergency situations when necessary.
