Facility Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end facility operations at warehouses, fulfilment centres, and logistics hubs.
• Oversee housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, pest control, and other facility services.
• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, DG sets, and other building systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Manage vendors, contractors, manpower deployment, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor facility expenses, budgets, service quality, and cost optimisation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with operations, administration, and other stakeholders to minimise operational disruptions.
• Prepare MIS reports, maintenance records, invoices, and operational performance reports.
