Facility Manager

Our client is world’s leading technology in Electronics for Automotive, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position:                       Facility Manager

Salary:                         80,000 – 130,000 THB / Month

Welfares:                      Bonus, PVF, Health Insurance, Transportation and others

Location:                       Chonburi

Working Day:               Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all plant utility systems, including, Electrical Distribution Systems, HVAC Systems, Chiller & Cooling Towers, Compressed Air Systems, Boiler Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Fire Protection Systems and Wastewater Treatment Systems.
• Ensure facility equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain factory buildings, offices, clean rooms, warehouses, and common areas.
• Lead facility improvement and renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Monitor facility capacity and support expansion projects.
• Lead facility-related CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and execution.
• Support new production line installations and plant expansion activities.
• Develop energy-saving programs.
• Monitor electricity, water, gas, and compressed air consumption.
• Analyze utility costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Select and evaluate facility service providers.
• Manage maintenance contracts and service agreements.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety regulations.
• Optimize facility operating costs.
• Prepare annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Monitor facility maintenance costs.
• Control expenses and improve cost efficiency.
• Lead Facility Engineers, Technicians, and Maintenance Teams.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and training.
• Establish KPIs and performance targets.
• Promote continuous improvement of culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• More than 15 years of experience in facility engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, PCB, EMS, automotive electronics, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing facilities for manufacturing plants with more than 500 employees is preferred.
• Experience in cleanroom operations management is an advantage.
