Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Daryaganj, Delhi
Salary: ₹4,20,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Manager to oversee the overall administration and facility operations of our office premises. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor management, maintenance, procurement, and documentation, along with good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall administration and facility operations of the office
• Oversee daily maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities
• Handle vendor management, negotiations, and service delivery
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and track procurement activities
• Manage online purchasing and order processing
• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and official documents
• Maintain records, compliance documents, and administrative files
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/agencies
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and resolve issues proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Administration and Facility Management
• Good knowledge of maintenance operations and vendor handling
• Hands-on experience in procurement and purchase processes
• Strong drafting skills (contracts, emails, and official documents)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving ability and practical decision-making skills
• Mature, responsible, and able to handle managerial responsibilities independently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
