FACILITY MANAGER – MECHANICAL ENGINEER

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Manage facility energy consumption, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facility management with a strong mechanical engineering background.
• Proven experience in managing complex mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in large commercial or industrial facilities.
