Facility Officer

• Ensure the company's facilities, offices, equipment, and common areas are maintained in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of the office premises and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor the condition of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning systems, generators, water systems, lighting, furniture, doors, windows, and other facility infrastructure.
• Report faults, defects, damages, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Follow up on repairs and ensure that work is completed satisfactorily.
• Maintain appropriate maintenance schedules and records.
• Coordinate emergency repairs when required.

B. Utilities Management

• Monitor electricity supply, prepaid meters, electricity consumption, and related utility requirements.
• Coordinate generator operations, servicing, fueling, and maintenance.
• Monitor diesel and other fuel usage and maintain appropriate records.
• Monitor water supply and coordinate replenishment where necessary.
• Monitor internet and other facility-related service subscriptions.
• Ensure timely renewal of essential utility and service contracts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce utility costs without compromising operational efficiency.
