Facility Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall management of office facilities. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating repairs and vendors, managing utilities, and supporting daily administrative and operational requirements to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office facilities, building maintenance, and utility management.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all office areas.
• Monitor electrical appliances and coordinate timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Arrange regular pest control and mosquito spray activities.
• Assist with procurement of office supplies, furniture, and other required items.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.
• Ensure timely payment and proper record-keeping of utility bills and other applicable payments.
• Manage facility-related emails and resolve employee requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with management on facility operations, meetings, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
