FACILITY OPERATIONS & GROWTH MANAGER
MULTI-SPECIALTY DENTAL ORGANIZATION

THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL OFFICE MANAGER POSITION

We are seeking a high-capacity operational leader to help build and scale a growing multi-specialty dental organization. This role combines facility performance, revenue growth, patient experience, team leadership, reporting, technology, operational systems, and business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

· Facility performance, revenue growth and operational execution

· Patient experience and treatment-conversion performance

· Scheduling, capacity and production optimization

· Team leadership, accountability and staff execution

· Reporting, KPIs and data integrity

· CRM, practice-management and operational systems

· Lead, reactivation, referral and growth initiatives

· SOPs, workflow improvement and facility readiness

· Multi-location operational consistency and growth support

COMPENSATION AND OPPORTUNITY

· $70,000-$120,000+ annual compensation opportunity, based on experience, demonstrated capability, performance, and progression within the role.
