Facility Operations Manager (Juniors)

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the facility maintenance for our organization. This role requires a professional with expertise in facility management, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations while maintaining a focus on regulatory compliance, team leadership, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations management, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. The role requires a balance of financial acumen and operational oversight to support the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Operations and Maintenance:
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the facility, including building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), with support from the Administration Supervisor.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the facility remains operational and well-maintained.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve operational and facility-related issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to manage costs of repairs and maintenance and ensure timely payments with the Accounts team.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations for the facility, creating reminders and a reporting mechanism for the Supervisor.
• Lead and manage Administration team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the organization’s practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
• Strategic Planning and Insights:
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing insights and recommendations.
• Develop long-term plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Process Improvement:
• Streamline and enhance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and oversee solution

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's in related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of laws and relevant regulations.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional travel required for meetings.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
