Job Summary
The Facility Operations Supervisor provides task-level direction and coordination for day-to-day facility operations, construction activities, and maintenance support across the manufacturing site. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role supports the coordination and execution of facility projects and work requests by assigning and monitoring the daily activities of Facility Technicians and Handymen. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support facility reliability, production needs, and operational efficiency.
The Facility department keeps buildings and its critical systems running smoothly, so production is never interrupted. The team supports both early planning, such as defining space, equipment, maintains facility infrastructure including power, air handling, liquid cooling systems that thermally support high-density server production, and monitors through Building Management System (BMS) to catch and resolve issues before they reach the floor. Day-to-day work encompasses preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, EHS and safety compliance, and around-the-clock response to urgent issues. The department is reliability-driven, partnering with the Operations Engineering team to protect uptime and
minimize disruption to production.

- Track and follow up on open facility requests to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate facility-related inventory, including material planning, purchasing coordination, storage, allocation, safety stock levels, and quantity control.

- Support continuous improvement of facility requests processing speed, task planning accuracy, and execution efficiency.
- Ensure facility work is performed in compliance with safety, cleanliness, and site requirements, including cleanroom standards where applicable.
