Facility Porter/Driver

SUMMARY

The Facility Porter main function is to keep the facility clean, safe and running smoothly by handling janitorial duties, moving materials/supplies, performing minor maintenance, and supporting operations environment and maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and workspaces. Must manage trash/recycling, assist with deliveries, and set up and break down of materials. As a Driver, responsible for transporting product from one local location to another.

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• · Maintain good housekeeping.
• · Empty garbage/recycles.
• · Maintaining breakrooms.
• · Vacuuming and dusting throughout facility.
• · Outdoor/Indoor clean-up/Snow
• · Maintain all restrooms.
• · Driver for transporting products.
• ADDITIONAL DUTIES
• · Continuous improvement
• · Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and use of all cleaning products required.
• · Keep all lights in working order.
• · Maintain fluid levels and documents of specified machines.
• · Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• · Other duties as assigned.

• · A team player who can demonstrate mature judgment timely feedback to his supervisor.
• · Ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
• EDUCATION:
• High school degree or equivalent
• EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift, pull and push up to 100lbs.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
