Facility Staff

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), coordinate custodial tasks, and conduct routine facility inspections to identify hazards.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee third-party suppliers, negotiate service contracts, and supervise on-site repair work.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or engineering
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Knowledgeable in Building Electrical (Preferably EIM NCII holder)
• Knowledgeable in Building Equipment (electric motors, air conditioning) and structural maintenance.
