FACILITY SUPERVISOR

1. Review Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report for Building and Facility Equipment

2. Coordinate and Liaise with other Departments outside Contractors and Facility Matters such as repair and installation

3. Responsible for the safety aspect of the Building and its associated Facilities

4. Establish and Implement procedures, manuals and maintenance schedule

5. Assist in Production and Engineering Projects

6. Essential experience with PEZA, DOLE, or FPIP compliance requirements is necessary for this role.

7. Responsible in conducting training/briefing on all facility members when there is/are revision/s made on SOPs, new policies, and/or new programs implemented on the department

8. Responsible in preparing and updating of necessary training/briefing records of each member of facility department.

9. Other duties as assigned by immediate superior

10.Minimum 1-2 years of facility management or building maintenance experience is required

11.Manufacturing industry experience is required for this role.
