FACILITY SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of company buildings, facilities, and utilities.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors.
• Monitor the performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), air-conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, and other building systems.
• Ensure all facilities comply with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects.
• Manage facility service contracts and evaluate contractor performance.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and assist in controlling the facility budget.
• Ensure sufficient inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
• Support office renovations, space planning, and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve facility-related issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and utilities.
• Familiar with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and relevant local regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work after office hours or on weekends when required for emergencies.
