Facility Supervisor 厂务主管

该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary The incumbent is responsible for maintenance, repair and improvement of the plant facilities. Main Accountabilities  In charge of plant facility management and maintenance per MHG-RE-P-0001 Supp. 1, including HVAC, water distribution, power system, lighting system, natural gas system, cooling water system and material feeding system.

 Proceed daily inspection of the facility  Performing regular preventive maintenance  Create repair plan based on check results and implement the plan  Coordinate and oversee external service provider  Immediately repair the energy leakage and shutdown caused by alarm or system malfunction when it happens  Take improvement action in order to extend system lifetime and avoid system unplanned shutdown  Support plant management in regards to operators' responsibilities and statutory regulations and law compliance in the area of Facility Management

 Create system repair log book and top 5 downtime 8D root cause; analyze or repeat fail analyze monthly  Build up standard checklist and preventive maintenance documentation (CMMS), Operating and further development of a Computer Aided Facility Management  Monitor and manage energy consumption  Work out programs for accessories and spare parts required for facilities  Keep facility technically up-to-date

 Take care of environment management of facility maintenance  Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements  Ensure compliance of facility to local legislation  Compare the relative condition of the facilities with the Facility Condition Index (FCI)

 Budget and planning responsibility for Opex / Capex in the area of facility management  Coordination, planning and monitoring of relocation, construction and reconstruction projects (MAC), moves adds and changes  Contribute to the development of efficient management concepts through optimization and project management of maintenance and conversion projects on site Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas  Non material savings  (Facility) Maintenance costs

 Accident Frequency Rate (Facility related)  Unplanned shutdown of facility system Internal & External Working Relationships  Internal: Operations department, Controlling, Quality, R&D/Engineering, Purchasing, Legal; Corporate Real Estate Management  External: Customers, Suppliers Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Required:  Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical related fields or facility management  3 years’ experience in facility maintenance

Skills:  Fluent in written and oral English communication

 Able to use Microsoft Office tools, SAP Technical & Functional Competencies: Required  Leadership skills  Experience in Maintaining/Repairing/Improving Production Processes  Familiar with HSE requirements in Production  Applying TPM methods Prefered  Knowledge in applying IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements  Familiar with required production processes and working processes (e.g. pleating, plastic injection molding, plastic welding, assembly)  Familiar with Total Quality Management  Experienced in Maintenance in Automotive or related Industry  Experience in mass production  Improve existing production processes
