Facility Supervisor

Job Responsibilities：

• Oversee the overall facility operations and maintenance activities across Factory 1 & 2.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all utility and electrical systems to minimize production downtime.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of facility technicians and charging staff (Chargemen).
• Coordinate with production, quality, and EHS departments to ensure facility systems support manufacturing requirements.
• Manage external contractors and service providers for facility-related projects and maintenance services.
• Monitor facility budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance costs.
• Ensure all facility operations comply with local regulatory requirements (including Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DOSH, DOE, etc.).
• Lead incident investigations related to facility failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly facility performance reports, including uptime, energy consumption, and maintenance KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency, system reliability, and cost reduction.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox meetings for the facility team.
• Support new equipment installation and plant expansion projects from a facility infrastructure perspective.

• 从设施基础设施角度支持新设备安装及工厂扩建项目。
