Facility Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Utility Maintenance

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of facility systems and utilities.
• Monitor the operation of utilities such as electrical systems, air compressors, water supply systems, lighting, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure all facility equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Equipment Breakdown Support

• Respond promptly to facility and utility breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs to restore operations with minimal downtime.

Preventive Maintenance

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for facility equipment and utilities.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety policies and procedures during maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

General Support

• Assist in installation, modification, and commissioning of facility equipment.
• Coordinate with external contractors when required.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to facility and utility systems.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
