  Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure a safe, clean, efficient, and patient-friendly hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day facility and support-service operations.

• Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, sanitation, and other facility-related services.

• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hospital.

• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.

• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related complaints and issues.

• Conduct regular inspections of hospital premises and infrastructure.

• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.

• Maintain records related to facility operations and maintenance.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth hospital functioning.

• Escalate operational issues to the concerned management team.

• Support emergency preparedness and facility-related safety measures.

  Eligibility

• Graduate degree/diploma in any relevant discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

• Experience in hospital facility management preferred.
