Job Description:

• Manage and oversee electrical systems, building maintenance, and utility operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and requirements, including PEZA, BFP, and DOLE standards.
• Supervise the operations and maintenance of delivery trucks, shuttle services, and lifting equipment.
• Oversee pest and termite control activities to maintain a safe and sanitary facility.
• Identify and implement cost-saving projects and process improvements.
• Monitor facility maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, service providers, and government agencies as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities management, electrical maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of government compliance requirements, particularly PEZA, BFP, and DOLE regulations, is an advantage.
• Experience in managing electrical systems, utilities, maintenance operations, and facility equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in preparing reports and maintenance documentation.
• Self-driven, proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
