Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities management and maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, handling client requests, and ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility management operations, including building maintenance, housekeeping, and other soft and hard services.
• Manage and monitor technicians, electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, cleaners, and other maintenance staff.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of corrective maintenance and emergency repair works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of facilities.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, building management, and service providers to resolve complaints and maintenance issues.
• Monitor work orders, maintenance requests, and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
• Prepare daily reports, maintenance records, attendance reports, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Monitor the use of tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Support the Facility Manager in operational planning, manpower allocation, and performance monitoring.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Previous experience supervising maintenance teams in residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Experience handling client complaints, work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage technicians and cleaners and coordinate multiple maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and maintenance reporting.
• UAE facilities management experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A hands-on supervisor who can manage site operations independently, coordinate effectively with clients and technicians, resolve maintenance issues quickly, and ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.
