Facility Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day Civil and MEP maintenance activities of the facility. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and experience managing maintenance teams and specialized contractors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Civil and MEP maintenance works.
• Planning and scheduling the Technical Team for routine and major maintenance works.
• Coordinating with specialized contractors such as TKE, chiller maintenance, water tank cleaning contractors, etc., and ensuring all works and PPM are carried out on time.
• Monitoring all maintenance works and ensuring in-house PPM is completed as per the PPM schedules.
• Arranging and coordinating fit-out meetings with clients and contractors before starting the work.
• Maintaining overall MEP systems, including chillers, CHW pumps, sump pumps, booster pumps, etc., to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the systems.

Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience.
