Facility Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Supervisor oversees the upkeep, safety, security, and regulatory readiness of all Pharmacare Plus, Inc. facilities, including clinics, pharmacies, and offices. The role coordinates in-house personnel and third-party service providers to ensure that all sites remain clean, safe, compliant, and fully operational for patients, customers, and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the condition of buildings, equipment, and utilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning/HVAC, lighting, fire safety systems, and backup power across all sites.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and promptly respond to repair requests, prioritizing issues that may affect patient care or pharmacy operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and document findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure clinic and pharmacy premises meet applicable Department of Health (DOH), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and local government requirements for licensing and inspections.
• Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas, including refrigerators and medicine storage rooms, and coordinate repairs or contingency measures to prevent product loss.
• Oversee the proper segregation, storage, and disposal of infectious and medical waste in coordination with accredited waste haulers.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards in patient areas, dispensing areas, and storage rooms.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate janitorial, maintenance, and utility personnel.
• Monitor the performance of security agencies and other service providers to ensure compliance with agreed service standards and contract terms.
• Lead emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills, evacuation drills, and incident response.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in facilities, property, or building operations, with at least one to two years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of building systems, fire safety standards, workplace safety, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in vendor management, service contracts, and facilities coordination.
• Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or multi-branch retail setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with DOH, FDA, and local government facility requirements is preferred.
