Facility Technician

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform operation, inspection, monitoring and recording of the boiler system
• Perform operation, inspection, monitoring and recording of the water supply and sewage facilities
• Perform operation, inspection, monitoring and recording of the HVAC system
• Perform operation, inspection, monitoring and recording of the air compressor system
• Assist equipment personnel in maintaining and conducting regular inspections of their equipment, pumps, valves, etc.
• Handle various abnormal situations during equipment operations

Requirements :

• Diploma degree or above
• At least 1 year of experience in facility operation and maintenance
• Boiler operator certificate (priority given)
• Proficient in using Word, Excel and other office software
• Background in tobacco industry is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
