Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Facility Tech to work on a contract basis. This role involves maintaining and optimizing facility systems and infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. The position requires hands-on technical support across multiple sites with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

• Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by staff or detected through monitoring systems.

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements to facility infrastructure.

• Document maintenance activities, work orders, and system updates for compliance and tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with facility systems maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and facility management software for tracking and reporting.

• Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and report issues clearly.
