What they need
We are looking for a person to take care of our building via event setup, cleaning, and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform routine maintenance activities
- Setup rooms for meetings
- Make minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor, handyman
- Ability to handle equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Custodial Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
